Report a suspected counterfeit
Counterfeit supports use unknown materials against your skin, and they undercut the distributors who stock the real thing. If something is not right, telling us is the fastest way it gets dealt with.
What to look for
Signs of a fake
- A QR code on the box whose link does not start with vitella.net.
- Bought from a seller who is not an authorised Vitella distributor.
- Printing that is blurred, misaligned, or a different blue from the wordmark.
- Material that feels stiff, plasticky, or smells strongly of solvent.
- A price far below what authorised distributors charge.
What happens next
We look at it
Packaging, print and finish usually tell us quickly whether a product came from us. Photographs make that much faster.
We contact the seller's platform
Where stock is being sold through a marketplace, we file with the platform's brand-protection process.
We come back to you
You will hear what we found. If you bought a counterfeit believing it was ours, we will help you make the case for a refund.
