The thinking

Graduated compression through the midfoot lifts and holds the arch, while a hydrogel pad seated directly under it absorbs impact at the point where a flattening arch hurts most.

How to put it on

Pull the sleeve over the foot like a sock, then position it so the gel pad rests under the highest point of your arch and the strap crosses the instep. It should hold firmly with no pinching at the edges.

  • Hand wash in cool water with mild soap
  • Air-dry flat, away from direct heat
  • Do not tumble dry, iron or bleach
